Office Buildings
Office buildings are considered as Class A, Class B, and Class C. Two factors that influence the categories are construction and location. For instance, office buildings located in central business districts such as BGC are usually Class A office spaces.

In malls, the anchor tenant is generally the department store while in community centers, the typical anchor tenants are grocery and drug stores.
Some structures are built for multi-use purposes such as residential and industrial other than commercial.
